UPSC NDA 2018: Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Class 12th or its equivalent exam with Mathematics and Physics.
  • For Army Wings of NDA: – Class 12th or its equivalent exam. Appearing candidates may also apply.

Age Criteria

  • NDA 1 2018:- Who’s Date of Birth Falls not before 2nd July, 1999 and not after 1st July, 2002
  • NDA 2 2018:- Whose Date of Birth Falls not before 2nd January, 2000 and not after 1st January, 2003

Marital Status

The Authority is allowing only unmarried male candidates to apply for the exam.

NDA Selection Process

The Selection process of NDA/NA will complete in 3 Stages

  • Written Examination
  • Personal Interview
  • Medical Review by Command Hospital

NDA 2018: Application Fee

  • Application fee Amounts to Rs. 100/- General and OBC Candidates
  • SC/ST Students of JCOs/NCOs/Ors Categories are exempted to pay the application fee amount
  • The mode of Payment would be done via online (Debit Card, Visa, Master and Net Banking) or offline (cash payment in SBI Bank)

NDA 2018: Exam Pattern

  • Type of Question :- Objective Type
  • Exam Mode:- Offline Pen & Paper Mode
  • Sections :- Question Paper is divided into two sections : Mathematics and General Ability Test
  • Marking Scheme: – Negative Marking is there. Every Wrong answer will deduct your marks
  • Pen Used:- Only Black Dot pen is used to mark answer
  • Language:- Language of the paper would be in both Hindi & English

NDA 2018: Admit Card

  • NDA Admit Card will be release before two or three weeks from the examination date through UPSC (Union Public Service Commission)
  • The Admit Card is most compulsory bring with their exam hall
  • Without Admit Card will not be applicable to sit in the exam cell by examination controller
  • There is no other mode except online to mode to gain the admit card.
  • The Admit Card contains candidate’s information like Name, Photo, Signature, Date & Time, Exam Center and other etc.

NDA 2018: Result

  • After over written examination will be published the NDA Result within one month from the date of examination
  • The Result will be announced on via online mode only
  • The Result of Written and Final Selected candidates will be displayed separately.
  • The Result of Eligible Candidates for SSB Interview will be found in PDF Format
  • Shortlisted and Selected aspirants in written examination will be called for further admission process.
